We are a group of artisinal cheese makers located in scenic Washington County, about one hour northeast of Albany, NY. The county rises from the plains of the Hudson to the foothills of the Green Mountains on the eastern border. It has long been, and still is, a major producer of cow's milk. We are attempting to bring back distinctive cheese making from cow's milk, but also from sheep and goat's milk. We think we're doing a great job and urge you to seek out our cheeses in finer cheese shops in your area or to come visit us at the farm, especially during our cheese tour in the fall.
